Yes monitoring can be done after the initial vetting, for a reduced fee. We monitor based on our “criteria of objectionable material” and any breaches of contract, employment relations, or anything else on request. Contact us to find out more.

No. We only analyse publicly available data, permission is not required before vetting. We leave the decision to advise the individual that they are being vetted to you.

No. Our proprietary software system cognizant leaves no trace.

We return data, based on our criteria for objectionable material. This can be added to (i.e. searching for breaches of contract/ employment relations) by advising us when requesting the report.

Standard reports take up to 2 business days to be returned depending on how many requests we receive per day.

Urgent reports can be requested for extra fee, and are returned on the same day.

Our proprietary technology returns social media handles, on a range of channels, which match the candidates you want vetted. We use a mix of facial & voice recognition technology, geo-tagged accounts, known contact details and posting behaviour to correlate the accounts to the individual.

Whilst we cannot guarantee that we will always find all aliases, and there are some genuinely anonymous accounts, on average find 90 - 95% of the related accounts to an individual.

At a minimum we require 3 inputs: Full name, hometown and age.

We also appreciate: Last known workplace, any nicknames, and any known social media handles.

These optional inputs improve the accuracy and speed of report delivery.

Yes. We have had all of our systems independently verified for legality, for both the GDPR and a variety of Privacy laws in the countries which we operate, including New Zealand, Australia, Europe, the United Kingdom and United States of America.

Furthermore we have also independently verified that we operate within the terms of service of all the sites data which we use and analyse, including Meta websites, X.com, Reddit, LinkedIn and more.
